anybody doing anything to try and stop them? or have most people just accepted that this is going to happen and are just going along with it?
or maybe people live in denial maybe realizing they might exist and may pose a threat to humanity, but their to frightened to accept it and try to do something to fight them?
i have read alot of these conspiracy stories on the net about the illuminati, and i'd say if it is a hoax or just balony, the conspiracy theorists have constructed some damn good, indepth, detailed reasons, and explanations for the illuminati and their motives and plans for it to be a simple fabricated lie.
so the question is,if the illuminati are a realistic threat, and are based on evil, corruption, power, greed and are basically set out to enslave us..
why is nobody doing anything?
has everybody just accepted that it will happen and thats it?
has'nt anybody got it in them to fight that? is that it?
are we just going to accept it and fall in to control & order?

Someday people will fight the illuminati. Oneday when the illuminati take over, the people won't put up for it and we will rebel against them. The whole world will wake up one day and find out that the illuminati is real and will fight against them. We will overthrow them even though the leaders have power over the military. The soldiers will fight for their country also, they won't fight for the illuminati and the whole world will beat the living crap out of the illuminati. Then we will make the world safe for democracy and restore freedom to every1 and our countries. So don't worry. I mean when they take over you think the military are gona listen to the illuminati and kill whoever they're told to kill? They won't go against their country or people. And the whole world out numbers the illuminati so...... yea let's kick some butt one day =D

The fed chairman walks into congress and has a closed door session of congress. No press. The next thing that happens in GW Bush and the dem congress starts handing the banks billions of of tax payer dollars with no questions asked and no accountability of where the money will go. Obama gets in office and increases the amount to trillions and congress approves it. Do you really need more proof than that? The fed wasn't even around until Woodrow Wilson was president. And just by coincidence that is when they started taking money out of peoples paychecks for tax. since then we have had 2 world wars, a great depression, a cold war, Vietnam, Iraq, 9/11 and the recent financial crisis. All of them took money out of the pockets of individuals. The cost of military hardware is astronomical. We've spent trillions. Need more proof? A few years ago we had a presidential election between John Kerry and George Bush. Both were members of the skull and bones, a small elite group that includes several presidents and high ranking members of government and business. In the vastness of America, how do you explain that this tiny group produces so many powerful men? Then there are groups like the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, and the Bilderberg group. All have members that are some of the most powerful people in Government, Media and Business who make policies throughout the world. Need more proof? Google any of the above groups, the illuminati, the Rothschilds . There's a ton of information on all of them. The mainstream media doesn't mention them much because guess who owns the media?

Well, because the Illuminati is a shadow government and they're adept at controlling the masses through mainstream media propaganda, it's not easy to get the general population to believe in their existence. A lot of times when you merely mention them to people, you're attacked and labeled a crazy conspiracy theorist nutjob. The media constantly tells the populace that conspiracy theories are not to be tolerated, so most are not open-minded enough to even look into it.
Also, the Illuminati know that there are strength in numbers and so they constantly use "divide and conquer" strategies to keep us from ever uniting. If we were able to reach unanimous decisions, we could overthrow them. They can’t have that so they continuously promote “diversity” to keep us from ever reaching a consensus. They also try to destabilize society by attacking our solid foundations of communal resistance – the family, racial/cultural identity, national identity and religion. These foundations are deliberately being weakened so it’s easier to brainwash people.
That aside, if more people were to "wake up" and realize that the Illuminati are very real and hellbent on world dictatorship, then I believe we could unify and form a real revolution against them. The trick is getting people to wake up.

Why take over the world where everybody can see you, just run things behind the scenes. This is the way it's being done now, if you go public then you are a target for the people to hate. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer!!! As for evil it is always there but the mask it shows to the world is one of love. To end any threat to mankind is the return of Jesus, so pray.

Given their supposed power it should be obvious why nobody in his or her right mind would openly claim to oppose them.
Have you ever studied police states, totalitarian regimes and such? Then you know what would happen to them. This does not mean there aren't individuals and small groups fighting a guerilla war against them.
Fear, lack of power and ignorance stop the willing, while power, wealth and global acceptance limit the desire for change and action to oppose them. But indeed there are many groups each working their own agenda and sometimes these clash. Rarely can an individual make enough impact by him-/herself.
Given your comments I see you sympathyse with the suicide bombers killing themselves to have some small impact on a giant.

The answer isn't that simple. First of all I think your basic premise that the Illuminati are Evil is false.
There are many groups of people who are trying to affect how things work in the world. Some of them are overt, like PETA, some of them are less overt like the Free Masons.
Both groups are trying to improve life as we know it on earth. They do not use the same methods however.
Are there groups of people who collaborate to their own ends in this world? Yes. Can we label them as evil without understanding their aims? No.
When we look at supposed "secret societies" we need to consider what their aims are. What do the "Illuuminati" want?
If they indeed are trying to take over the world, what is the world that they want to create? Is it a bad world?

Well, God and the Devil are the same. And they are in control of everything, the federal reserve is controlled by the rothchild bank. If a new nation chooses not to follow america's (really England [Bill Clinton and The bushes are related to the queen, some more presidents too] federal reserve bank, they will be considered terrorist. I war will be faught against them and of course the new nation will lose. SO they all listen and follow

Their agenda is simple. Dominate every man, woman and child on Earth. They are seeking the power of immortality to do this so that everyone pays homage to them and want to limit it to themselves. They will never attain this but in the interim are pulling all the strings of wordly governments. Believe it or not.

It's because people can't be bothered, I feel the same way about the freemasons. Apparently they control US and UK government, and i say we rise up and fight them off. But your average joe doesn't care unless it affects them directly. Only a few hardcore people would have the balls to fight them off, but thats not enough, we need a full on nation wide revolution to fight them off. viva la revoulution

Have you considered that maybe they've already taken over every single facet of our lives? That world leaders are already a part of secret fraternity? Conspiracy theories are good at tickling our imagination, but for you to take it to heart and let it rule your everyday life, it'll be like your heroin - no good would come out of it in the long run...
... Or maybe I AM one of THEM and I was ordered to convince you THEY don't exist... [cue in Twilight Zone music]
