they arrested him for resisting the police... which you can't do
but I do think they used excessive force tazering him...

Have you watched the tape of the event in its entirety?
He was NOT tasered for for asking a question. He was belligerently interrupting a public speech and refused to wait for an appropriate time to ask questions.
He was asked to cease the disruption. He then started to increase his "acting-up".
It was a big SHOW put on to get the response he managed to achieve.
Later, he was joking with the police and was not harmed by the incident. His only lament was that there were NO NEWS CAMERAS at the police station.
I imagine if there were, he would have put on a show there ALSO.

Public disturbance.
If your neighbors have a vocal arguement with each other and keep the neighborhood awake and the police come to quiet them, is that fascism to? An attack on free speech?

It wasn't the asking of the questions that was the problem, it was his behavior when he was asked and warned to stop.
