Is uno based more on luck or skill

Definitely skill. Sure, you need a little luck to get the right numbers or colors or whatever, but identical hands played by different people can have widely varying outcomes... So it all depends on the skill of the player.

Skill. The draw fours/twos and skips and reverses are the key to winning. Uno around my house is very competitive!

Both. Though probably a bit more on luck of the draw. But still you can form a strategy that will help you out a lot. Mine is to always try to save a Wild card so it will be my last card.

I seem to win almost everytime I play with someone .I'll say luck! No one likes playing uno with me .
