~You must be very young. LOL
Your body doesn't "switch" from young to old at 30. Aging doesn't happen at the flick of a switch. We begin getting old from the day we are born. Aging is a gradual process. What comes after 30?
Whatever you make of it.
I wouldn't go through those teenage years again for anything. It's a lot more fun being an adult.

I'm older than that and you're body doesn't get old at 30. How you treat your body when your young will determine how your body holds up when you're older. Eat good, don't over indulge, and exercise and you can hold up a very long time. Do sports that injure you, get in motorcycle/car wrecks, bungee jump, etc. and you will pay when you are older. But the most important thing is to improve your mind and continue improving it. You will reach a really interesting place that is far better than youth. . .

No favorite age - life's interesting enough to make every decade exciting. I'm 40 and I still feel as young as I did when I was in my 20s. I look forward to waking up with my kids now in my 40s. In my 20s I looked forward to waking up to college and friends. Its attitude towards life that makes each decade unique - ups or downs - its part of the recipe of life.

Not only at 30, once you born as living things, their bodies will swithches from young to old. I advice you don't think just a human would be swithches from young to old. For your info animals included in this matter. For example, dog born as a baby, grow as a young, adult, old and finally die. When you at 30, you are begining of thinking about your life, you will be planning for your future like search for proper and stable job, life partner, buying house etc. Actually life like through different stages are different from one country to another country. Because the life stages in the developed countries different than developing countries and undevelop countries. My explanations above are more similiar to asean countries. Its depends on which country you are leaving. But in bological aspects we have similiarity in changing in feeling, body, hormon etc. All part of my life are important for me because all of it play key role to develope my soul to serach a reality in life..

You never feel any different. It is your attitude to life that matters not how long you've been here.
I'm on my third family now and the only difference is I have made more mistakes I know not to repeat!
playing with my 5 year old son is just the same now as it was 23 years ago.

I am in my early 30's and loving it. I think that with every decade you reach, you become wiser(hopefully) and more comfortable in your own skin. I would never want to be a teen or twenty something again.

It's all what you decide to make it, except for health related problems, there relly is not much of a difference, maybe a wee bit wiser and a little more laid back.
