I've gone to anime coventions where the younest couldn't walk or talk (cosplaying as Ryo-ohki from Tenchi, no less, so CUTE!!!) and we've taken my friend's toddler with us since he was two, he watches One Piece and Naruto regularly, and he's just four now.

13 Definitely will not be the youngest. You will find people there who aren't even old enough to know that they are "anime fans" (albeit, not many). You should see more than enough people in your age group that you won't feel uncomfortable or out of place at all.

the yongest ive seen of pictures was around 3 years old, it was a pair of A father and a son and Kiba and akamaru, the 3 year old was on the dads back dressed as akamru so it was really cute, also of about 2 year olds as Naruto and Sasuke, they still had binkies :D

My first convention is in March ( im going as Itachi form Naruto ) and i will be 13 ( b-day on Dec. 15 )
