Make a dress out of them, then wear it to a slam-dance. The "guacamole" will become America's newest dance-hit SENSATION!!

Oh, I wish you could send some my way! They cost an arm & a leg where I live, (California). Wari & Future Mrs. B made my mouth water. There are so many thing you can do with avocados! I have a couple of tips that maybe everyone doesn't know.
If you (can afford to) buy a bunch, get them very firm & put a couple in a brown paper bag & they'll be perfect the next day. Also, after you halve them, just put a sharp knife in in the pit & turn it a bit & the pit comes right out. While the half is in the skin, score them--checkerboard--& when you scoop them out with a sharp spoon, like a grapefruit spoon, they come out in little cubes. When I make guacamole to serve later, I put a thin film of mayo over the top so it doesn't turn brown.
I wouldn't recommend freezing them! They'll be all squishy.

Everyone was so nice, & then LC violated guidelines; but I won't report. I don't report anyone! Just let them stew in their own juices, (avocado, preferably.)

You're missing out on some good summertime lunch and dinner ideas — and plenty of health benefits, too.
Avocados have no cholesterol or sodium and only 5 grams of fat per serving (the good-for-you monounsaturated kind of fat). They have 60 percent more potassium than bananas, along with Vitamin E, folate and phytonutrients. Recent studies link lutein, found in avocados as well as parsley, celery and spinach, to eye and prostate health.
So go get fancy with the avocado, creating everything from avocado ice cream to chilled veal tenderloin salad with avocado and roasted peanut mousse, heirloom tomatoes and grapefruit in a citrus thyme vinaigrette.

I like to eat them sliced with lemon and garlic or sesame soy dressing. They are also delicious on top of a salad or stir fry. Also nice on grilled skirt steak (sliced) or eaten mashed with lemon and garlic (guacamole) with crackers, veggies, or on tacos. I love avocados. There are so many ways to eat this wonderful, tasty, versatile fruit!

Make something yummy out of them and send them to LC - maybe that would get her out of such a grumpy mood! Either that, or throw them at her.

I hear you can cut them in half & rub lemon on them & freeze them BUT
what can you do with them when they thaw out??
will they taste the same nice way on toast or in a salad???
I have no idea
SO try just freezing one for a day & then thaw it out & test it :)
and if no good put a sign on ya fence to sell them*hug* :)
