Well it it's at the end of the "Across the Universe" commercial, it has to be "Hey Jude."
The entire soundtrack is made up of covers by The Beatles.

The title is "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" Steam is the original group for this song though it has been remade by a few.

If I'm thinking of the right song, it is by the band "Steam" the song is called "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye". It was written in 1969. I've heard that song in so many movies and at football games, etc.
I hope I'm thinking of the same song as you!
