I know she died but I missed that episode-Murmurs of the Heart, how did she die?

Neela and Gates found a frantic Sarah trying to wake up her mom in the front seat of the car. Meg was able whisper to Gates that she took an overdose of pills and then she began to throw up. As she was slipping in and out of consciousness, she told Gates that Sarah was really his daughter.

Yea, the first answer is correct. She OD'd on pills.

She overdosed, but before she died, she told Tony that Sarah was his. In a later episode they did a DNA and she wasn't.
I will try to find which episode it was that she died.
I couldn't find a synopsis that gives how she died, but I remember Tony finding bottles of pills in the car with her.
