He lives in the same street as me and he lives with his wife, kids and his or his wife's mother.

I caught him staring at me a few times before, should I tell his wife about it or would that be wrong? I'm 21 and he is in his late 30s.

No, I meant he has stared at me in addition to flirting.

If he stares, perhaps you're reading too much into it.

If he says things to you that are inappropriate... tell him you don't like it and he must stop;. If he doesn't stop then the next step is threaten to tell his wife.
Then talk to his wife where he can see you... but don't say anything until you absolutely must. He won't know when or if you said something or not.
And finally.... don't be where is. Stay out of his range. Do not talk to him or his wife, see him or be on his radar. No not fair perhaps, but it's easier for you to change something than it might be for him.

I think you should stop looking at his way & totally avoid any chance of seeing him alone. Avoid having any conversation with him too, if ever you are alone. Time will tell if this get any serious. And should he flirt with you in conversation, then just tell him straight in the face that if you are married you would not want your husband to cheat on you , and tell him to back off such advance., he is suppose to be a man enough to care for his new family & not a sissy , and move off.

What do you call flirting? Most of us enjoy looking at a pretty girl especially a young one. And a lot of us enjoy a little playful flirting. Why take it seriously unless he goes beyond the flirt stage. If he tries to touch, kiss or do other things then worry, otherwise he just appreciates what he sees. You should feel proud that he takes the time to pay attention. It will probably go no further.

Well are you interested in him? If you aren't , then you are just one of those girls that needs a mans attention to feel good about themselves. Let me guess, you probably go telling all your friends that this guy is staring and flirting with you. You just like the attention, and why would you go tell his wife, he hasn't touched you, quit being a drama queen and get over yourself.

All men stare, they are visual creatures. Staring does not mean he wants to jump you my dear. If his staring bothers you go in your house. Or if he comes over talk about his kids or wife nothing more. Keep it short

You know you shouldn't tell his wife, but do I detect a little interest on your part? Just a guess! Had I asked this question, I'd have said, "I caught him staring at me and it makes me uncomfortable (or mad, or disgusted, or embarrassed, or...)

ummm. ignore him. I would concider myself attractive, and a fe wmarried, and not married men make attempts to have discussions, happen to pop y the door with a stupid ? when my husband is away.
Just ignore it, usually I find if I make it obvious not to wave, or shout hello, they usually back off.
one time I had to seriously get nasty. and tell the dude , " ya know, I am married, so get of my f**n porch. and leave me alone!!!" you may have to the same, but dont be intimidated, most likely he is just a perv. in a boring sexless, or non sexy marriage. bol

As long as he doesn't approach you. try avoiding him like when he is out side try and wait until he goes back inside before you go out there.
