No, it is not against the law or rules to use the work phone.

Why did the fireman call your wife? Are you and your wife still together?

You left a big gap in your questions maybe you should either re-phrase or talk to your wife.

Well, if is for personal reasons, perhaps. But, whatever you choose to do, please think about it when you are calm down, everything has their consecuences, and by getting fired someone will not solve any trouble, I would advice to you, to ask your wife why she received or give your home phone, and talk directly with her, in order to know what was all about, sometimes things are not what we thought they are, I mean, perhaps you're having a misunderstanding about the phone call, anyhow, talk about it if possible.

What are you after him for? If you don't deal with your wife putting "out the vibe" the next time it will simply be someone else! How many guys should lose their job or be embarrassed because your wife is on the loose. Start dealing with her, she is your real problem. A woman who gets unsolicited advances, if this is the case, (I doubt it) , she can simply say, " thanks, but no thanks, as I am married." Put HER to the test! The guys can be innocent!

No it won't get him fired but it is illegal use of the phone! But I'm sorry you are going through this though its pretty typical behavior of a fireman.

What exactly was the conversation? If it's just casual conversation, maybe you should talk to the manager about it. But I doubt he would get fired over such a little thing.

Probably not, but if he started a fire in her heart, you'd better put it out fast or you're going to be posting a different sort of legal question!

Details? No, I don't think so, so don't try. If you're worried about your wife cheating on you, deal with her. She's the one in the wrong. Attempting to ruin this man's career won't save your marriage either.

You need to ask your wife and deal with her on this and leave the other person out of this. Unless she told him I'm married no thanks but than how did he get your number?

Is he "seeing" your wife and you want to get him fired? If so, you should fire them both.
