I just starting taking B 100 complex because I saw it at the drug store and it says that it is an energy production and stress relief. I am always stressed out and feeling low on energy so I was wondering if anyone takes this or knows anything about it. I tried googling it and all that comes up is places to buy the stuff online.

Vitamin B is always present in large amounts in energy multivitamins to promote energy production and as far as I know the B100 complex is basically a mega dose B complex so it should have the desired energy boosting effect.

Try a search for "vitamin B" + energy and that will undoubtedly confirm my comments.

Actually B complex vitamins can be great for your nerves. If you suffer from depression, B vitamins can help quite a bit.
Try getting out for long walks, simple walking relieves stress and increases stamina and energy levels tremendously. Try to work in 4 -5 hours of walking each week. You will feel much better, but yes, the vitamin B's work well. Remember to eat a healthy diet. Vitamins can't really work, if the nutrients that aid them, are not present in your body. Good luck.

I don't take them daily (although I should), but when I remember to, I've noticed I feel fantastic the next day. I've heard that some brands don't do much. If you don't think you're getting the desired effects, try a better brand from a health store. I liked Solgar (or something like that... I can't quite remember the exact brand...).

Hey,
You may want to try vitamin b 12. That IS the stress b vitamin. Also, if you are looking for a more natural approach to energy, you may also want to try yerba mate tea or ginsing. Both are awesome. I use them daily myself. best of luck to you, my friend.

Yes it does work. The best are the type that melt in your mouth or chewable kind so that it gets into your blood stream quicker. My Dr. was giving me vitamin B12 shots. Then I started with the kind that melts in your mouth. Or at times the chewable kind. From mail order places.
