If you are doing a comparison, please always tell us what grade level you are working at, I am a retired elem teacher and my answer varies depending on the age of the person asking
Both are used for transportation, I think both were around before the car ??? both orginally had no windows, at least some models, they both run on a track, they both have wheels, they both have a conductor, they have arranged seating that never changes, people sit down when it moves, think of how they are early forms of transportation

Ok, I won't say do it yourself. But I will ask you some questions. What IS a streetcar? How does it operate? Does it run on tires like a bus? Does it run on skis? Does it run on train tracks? Does it run some other way?

Think about what a street car is and you will know how it is like a train.
