I just got a new pair of English leather boots, & they're really stiff.
Any quick ways to wear them in faster?

if the inside of the boot is unlined and you have access to the suede side you can apply Good quality leather conditioner and then "mill" with your hands....sit and watch your favourite TV show with a boot in your hands working the flex points. Two episodes and you should have nicely relaxed leather fibers and alot more comfort.
Good luck

Warm them up with a heat gun or hair dryer while you're wearing them; this will soften them and mold them to the shape of your feet.

Put them in the clothes dryer but keep the heat off.
