I guess you could, if, you be extremely careful. You can use the emergency brake to stop, just be sure it working. Those hand brakes between the seats are easy. The foot type may be harder to operate and release and concentrate on driving. I not think I would try to drive too far.
You may call around, some service shops will come and get it for a reasonable price and then stick you on the labor. ;-)

Are you stupid? Call a tow truck. why risk the safety of yourself, and others just to get it to a repair center. If you hit something or someone on the way to the repair shop, how much worse is that going to be then the 60 to 80 dollars to have it towed. If you have AAA towing is free. DON'T DRIVE IT, TOW IT. please...

NO. I drove my son's car 14 miles with no brakes . I was lucky don't try it,your parking brake won't stop you.
