If i had hydrogen and oxygen would i be able to make water? Like actually make it?

Yes, it's possible to trigger oxygen and hydrogen gasses to react with each other. They react very violently, and I wouldn't recommend trying it. I saw it happen once, and I didn't have ear or eye protection and my hearing has been buggy ever since. You have to remember though that you'd have to have a gram of the gasses in order to make a gram of water, so it would require a lot of gas and you wouldn't get much water.

well sure, burning hydrogen in air forms water as a product. but, since hydrogen and oxygen are gases and water is a liquid, you would need quite a lot of them to make a noticeable amount of water. you can also do the reaction in reverse if you pass an electric current through water - it's much safer that way too.
