ok..So I had a mental breakdown and crying my eyes out, and I was trying to kill myself slowly.
I was being stupid, I am fifteen.
I took like eight more..god knows
the next day...I threw up EVERY HOUR
I couldn't digest anything
so is this normal? i use to abuse tyelnol in the past but it wasnt this bad.

An overdose of Tylenol can ruin your liver!
The liver problems don't show up for several days, or a week.
If you did this recently, PLEASE get medical attention.

You should really get to the hospital. Usually when an overdose of tylenol is taken the person is sick for the first day (vomiting, diarrhea, extremely nauseous), then the symptoms fade. Then a few days later you'll be in unbelievable pain, particularly in the upper abdomen and will probably have a yellowish (jaundice) tint. This is because your liver is failing, and it will be so excruciating. Once the liver fails there is little that can be done, other than a transplant, and often times you won't be considered a viable candidate because of the suicide attempt. I say all of this in hopes that you will get to the hospital NOW. If seen within 48 hours there are drugs (N-acetylcysteine, mucomyst) that can save your liver and possibly your life. Well if your goal in life right now is trying to kill yourself, your doing a fine job at it! Congratulations, you just took your liver and aged it by 40 years, you now have the liver that a 50 year old woman would have! real stupied thing to do! What are you thinking? they say to not even take two tylenol and your taking 8? my god, go and check yourself into a mental health and addiction inpatient program and have them check your liver functions and make sure the damage isnt to bad, if it is, this is your own fault! Talk to your parents or the head of your household a.s.a.p, you need to get some help! dont wait another minute, you are one sick person, and dont feel shame in reaching out for help, you are sick,mentally and now physically. Dont write into Yahoo anymore seeking advise, from this day forward if you need advise for your suicide thoughts you go to a doctor who is trained with people like you, not a bunch of freaks from Yahoo, by the way Im not one of them but the other 70% are. You will never kill yourself directly with Tylenol.
I say directly because eventually you will die the horrible
painful death of kidney failure. Your kidneys and liver will stop functioning because the acetaminophen was too much for them.
Tylenol is not a narcotic, it is a mild pain reliever, I don't know why people think they can do any permanent damage with it. Except for kidney and liver.
Nothing about what you wrote is normal.

you probably damaged your liver. you were right , it was stupid, but hopefully you learned a lesson from it. At least you admitted that it was stupid. I think your making progress.

it could be normal.......the amount of food on your stomach may have an effect of the concentration of tylenol being absorbed.
