hey commander, was it ok for the right wing nutjobs to attack Max Cleland and John Kerry about their service to america? I am sure it was directed up by some CHICKEN HAWK!!!!!!

Attack the man's work if you don't believe him. This argument is a variation on the straw man theme and is a brilliant propganda tool used to defray attention away from areas where the propogandist can't win and onto emotional playing fields which are less decided.
If you have fact based arguments to support your theory that the report falsified data than make that case. A personal attack isn't an argument, it ilustrates desperation.
