FIRST of all, you have confused acronyms and abbreviations. Acronyms spell things; e.g., CARE, MADD, etc. IBM is the initials for International Business Machines. IBM is NOT an acronym. IBM does not spell ANYTHING! SCUBA is an acronym, standing for Self-contained Underwater Breathing Apperatus. Nylon is NOT an acronym; it's just a made up word. RADAR IS an acronym. And son on. Get it?
SECOND, there is no such thing as the opposite of an acronym! What would be the opposite of a series of abbreviated letters that make a word? A car? A hot meal? Flatulence?
There is a game whereby people try to make cutesy sayings and such out of the first letters in each of the words in a sentence or the letters in someone's name, etc. But that has NOTHING to do with acronyms!

The opposite of an acronym is a phrase. The phrase is compressed into an acronym, backronym, or mnemonic.

Probably the closest would be a Mnemonic.
Example: how to remember the planets names from the sun.
Man very early made jars stand upright nearly perpendicular.
Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto.

Potentially a mnemonic, as you use the letters to trigger a way to remember something
