I found one on ebay for my son's caprice for 10 bucks. WHAT a deal.

Google Chevy Owners Manual. This should take you to a site that sell them.

Junk yards may have some on hand as well.

In the back of the used car "Blue Book" (I think it's the NADA book they sell at AutoZone) there's an address and info on how and where to get one from the same company who makes the Blue Book (Or NADA book).
