Abortion? HAH! I think its horrible. Like wtf, if youre gonna have a baby youre gonna have to deal with the consequences, you dont just kill them. If you do, youre nothing different from a murderer. Not only are you ending a life, youre ending dreams and wishes!

You are asking if I think it is OK for me to kill someone I think has done some hing wrong? No I do not think that it is right for "ME" to kill someone for something they did, do I believe the courts have the right to condemn Someone to death for their actions? Absolutely!

Let me ask you this do you think abortion is OK, why should a women's "rights" prevail over an unborn child's rights who has done nothing more than being conceived in a women that was not responsible enough to use birth control (yes i know that rape and incest are out there, but they are few and far between at abortion clinics) but you are concerned about a convicted murderer, rapist or some other heinous criminal who has done "Bad" things?

I think it can only be justified to do so if an innocent was in mortal peril. Otherwise it is the same argument as pro/con death sentence.
Doing such an act could only be driven by emotion and not a rational motive.
To end the life of some one you need to ask the question, "Is this person impossible to both rehabilitate and turn into some positive influence to life around him/her?"
Besides, If you have a murderer/rapist/wrong doer in your sights, how much different are you for wanting to pull that trigger. The bad person can always claim that what they did was in their nature and therefore could not be helped, what is your excuse.

The way our system is currently structured with the appeal process, it cost more money to kill a death row inmate than to incarcerate them for life. Therefore, by todays standars I would say no. However If they would kill a select few who are known for certain that their guilty go for it but do it in a cost effective manner.

If your talking about killing someone in revenge on the streets. I personally would take great pleasure in it.

Yes it is right. People put themselves in the position for a death sentence. I witnessed an execution when I was a police officer. Yes I could pull the switch. By time someone gets to the execution chamber many, many appeals have been done and almost none is executed in the U.S. who is innocent.

I personally don't believe in death penalty because no one as the right to take someone else's' life away as way of punishment. Some may say that the murderer deserves it, I say no put them in jail for life and lets not forget that justice is not always right and innocent people may be on death row due to death penalty. If they did not have the right to kill someone what gives us the right to take their life away? Please don't say because he/she killed someone because killing him/her won't bring the dead back.

NO. The ten commandments are very clear on this. I want for the Lord to be pleased with me. One of the commandments says, "Thou shalt not kill." I am not perfect, thus, I must work on improving my own faults. Peace, Love and God Bless.

Yes i do, i also find it unfortunate you can't get the death penalty for rape. In my opinion the only problem with the death penalty is it takes so damn long because of the appeals process

All repeat offenders should be killed. Only the lawyer stands between these criminals and the justice owed to them.

It's the only way justice can be served in many cases.
