All the females in my family are either normal or large in breast size, yet I'm small.
I've seventeen and have been on my period since I was eleven. Answers, sil vous plait?

Breasts continue to grow into your early 20's, so you may not be done or you may be thinner. There are a number of reasons, just don't worry about it too much, more women have small breasts than large ones

When people say a C cup is average in America, keep in mind that one third of America's population is considered obese. I kid you not. So... You gotta remember that the chicks with huge breasts that they factored in when they made the "c is the average" claim may very well have been quite large everywhere else, too. I'm not making fun of chubby chicks, there are plenty of those that are gorgeous, just saying. Don't feel bad, because even if the average chick may have bigger boobs than you, you may be smaller around the waist, and you can't hide a big waist like you can pad boobs if you're really concerned with how you look. In the case that you're bigger everywhere else, but have small boobs, that's not exactly bad, either. That means when your weight fluctuates and as you age, things won't sag. Long story short- chicks of all shapes and sizes were factored into that. If you're barely five feet tall and 103 pounds, or tall and very thin, don't beat yourself up over being "small".

i'm the runt too. it's not fair. my cousins are even around the same height, shoe size, etc as me. on the plus side, i am by far the thinnest!

Because you are not them. Everyone is different and IMO you should not believe that you will be the same size they are because they are all big.
Your size is just fine and perfect.
Guys like all shapes and sizes.
