NO Not always... Sometimes the Number size on a bra came be a size up, or a size down from your regular clothing size. And as for Cup size, well, its just what you were born with. There are size 14 women who have an A cup, some with more than a DD.

There is just no single rule when it comes to bosy shape and size.

How old are you? If 16 years old, you sound like a 36 B. The number is based on measuring around yourself and along the fullest part of the breast, with a flexible tape. The letter means' fullness of the cup size.
Penny's or any department store has a lady to fit you correctly for your bra fit.
A C-cup is a little big, but some women are at that age. I was skinn-ny and my first bra was a 28 AA or so- now, at 58 years old, I'm a 38-40 C.

Unfortunatly there is no 14C for a bra size. To get the correct bra size you want to take a tape measure, hold it flat across your back and measure under the breasts. Then you want to measure - still holding it flat against the back - the fullest part of the breasts. Then you want to subtrack those two numbers and that gives you the cup size, so if there is an inch difference, thats an A, 2 inches is a B. See the link for more info!

Assuming this is for real, measure your chest where the bra would go around you just under your breasts. It will probably be in the 34, 36, 38 range. Assuming you live in the US, I don't think they make a "14". It would have to be a very, very skinny woman. Many stores ( know Victoria's Secrets and Penney's) will help you figure out your size if you have never had to shop for one before.

14 C? Unless you live somewhere other than the US, 14 C doesn't exist. A C would be fine. It's hard to know. Some women have very large breasts and some have very small. Maybe a 40 C or so would be good.

not really
a 14 would be too small for anyone
youd be 1 foot and two inches around yeah, not possible
if you are a fourteen, you might be a 36 around, maybe bigger.
but you cant tell unless you measure yourself
and we cant tell what cup size you are by the measurements you gave us.
just go to a victorias secret and get measure =p

You'd have to measure yourself and try on bras until you find one that fits.

There is no average size as everyone is different.

Depends on the woman, and her family history. Do the women in her family have large breasts, small breasts, medium breasts? I think it just depends.
