Just ignore them, people say everything is emo it seems. You wouldn't be emo because you'd know if you where.

Emo is a stereotype and to actually be a stereotype generally you have to try. If you wear girl pants, dyed your hair black, and if you wear classes they are plastic. And you listen to emo music then you are following the stereotype. If not...tell them to stop stereotyping you.

being emo is a stupid thing invented by rich unambitious kids that think they've seen it all and that life became too boring and sad. do you always feel bad for yourself and harm yourself because you don't have what to do? well then you are. if not, just tell your friends to stop labeling you

basially its on the music you like and how you feel most ofen if your depressed alot or take things seriously thats why people say u r but emos r awesome so dont be offended, look up and match the things emos like and you like!
