hahaha. been there. just get some lube (not the warming kind) and take it slow. do try the bandaid get it over with quick method....it hurts. just take it slow. you're having trouble because no matter how much she wants to share this with you, no matter how ready she is, shes gonna be nervous....and that tends to keep things a bit dry down there. make sure there is LOTS of foreplay. make it special. and start by fingering her. start with one finger, then go from there.

She isn't relaxed or wet enough. Try more foreplay, kissing, cuddling, hands, mouth, both of you can orgasm without penetration. After a few weeks of orgasm without penetration, set the mood with soft music, dim lights, candles, soft bed and try again. Kiss, cuddle, pet for an hour or two until she feels wet and ready. Use lots of lube and take it very slow and gentle.
If she still is having discomfort and you can't enter, she should see her doctor. Some women do have a physical problem that requires medical treatment.

Eventually it will dialate to 10 cm and a head will pop out. It is not too small for your penis. Buy some lubricant, it's next to the condoms at the store. Put some on yourself and her labia. It will go much more smoothly, TRUST ME!!!

she probably isn't wet enough for you to fit it in.. maybe isn't really ready yet to have sex and thinks that you want to so she's not excited enough.
