The dash is painted with the same paint as the exterior since it is exposed to high Summer temp's and low Winter temp's and all the other stuff your car goes through.

(Unless you are talking about the vinyl dash cover. They sell this kind of "paint" at JC Whitney in a few different colors. This goes on vinyl and plastic parts on the interior.)

I found some decent custom spray paint in a normal sized can at PepBoys and I think AutoZone might sell it and maybe WalMart.

It's in the same isle as the touch up paint is in and it can be used on the interior and exterior. I did the interior of my '85 Chevy P'up after I wiped it down with Windex and then sanded it down with some 600 grit sand paper so the new paint will adhere or stick better.

Good Luck!

Go to your local PPG Paint distributor. Ask for paint in the SC line. It is a dye especially made for vinyl and carpet.
