How much of a diffrence would a fifteen tooth front sproket make in speed to RPMs?

I have a 2005 R1. Stock is seventeen and top speed in first is 96 MPH. I am wondering if 15 would lower the top speed to 70 80 MPH range?

The engine would be going the same speed at 85mph with the 15 tooth as at 96 mph with the 17 tooth.
