the first thing you need to do is get your parents' backing for you to be an actor.
then you need to be in all the school plays and take drama class
then you need to take professional lessons
then you need to be in more plays
then you need to learn how to audition and interview
then you need to make a resume and get a head shot
then you need to see representation by an agent
This whole process takes from 4-6 years if you work hard at it.

Maybe you can build experience acting in school plays, or independent films.
You didn't say where you live, opportunities vary by location.
