I've never found any! However, the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity (not limited to men at all!) is VERY pro-gay. So is Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity.

Well I know that Alpha Omicron Pi (AOII Official Sorority) isn't exactly lesbian, but they are very open and welcoming to lesbian sisters. They make a point to NOT discriminate based on sexual orientation. So, it's a real mix of straight and gay.
I know this because my mother is a founding senior sister to the new chapter at U.A. (University of Arkansas)

I went to college and observed these organizations, some were more obvious than others but I think they're all lesbian.
