Hi everyone, I had a cramp on my hamstring while sitting in an awkward position almost 2 months ago. I was perfectly fine after that.
Until I first exercised after the cramp, I could feel sharp pain then. The pain was not felt during exercise, but after it.
It's at the back of my knee and a 2 or 3 cm up to the direction of my thigh. Whenever I bend or squat cos of visiting the loo, I get the sharp pain. The pain is felt greatest when my leg is in bend position, and I place the calf away from my thigh. (usually when u squat, your calf touches your thigh).
And whenever I try to recover from squat or just a bend of my knee(occurs for a period), I feel strain on that pain area, it's like a muscle tear and I have to stretch a few times to ease off the 'muscle tear' like pain.
Any idea what has happened to me? I had stopped exercising for quite awhile, but the pain was still there, it doesn't seem to go away.
