When the Hubble telescope detected that all galaxies are moving away from each other scientists backtracked the motions of the galaxies, they projected back to 10-43 second where they ran into a singularity, a point of pure energy, here all of the physical laws break down, even Einsteins famous equation, E=MC2 was lacking here because there was matter, M. This singularity underwent a rapid expansion that lasted for 600.000 years before it cooled to the point where the first particles of matter and time itself came into existence, from there the known universe evolved.
