I found a website-- is this a scam?

If it is, can you tell me how I can be an actor? I have no experience acting, but I have dance experience.

instant cast is a huge scam. never pay money for casting services. build up your resume, get some headshots and then submit to agencies

If you are under 18, you need your parents' consent to be a professional actor and even to try to become one. So get that first. Then take all the drama classes at school and be in all the plays. Then when you are 15 or 16 and have been in 4 or 5 plays, you should take a professional acting class, then if they think you are any good, put together a resume and try to get an agent. They should teach you how to do that in acting class. It is hard work and it takes years to become an actor.
