The fact that Roman was trying to put Clauses in his Compensation Package stoping him from managing other Prem Teams & talking to the Media about his leaving shows he knows how good Jose is & also that he has some dirt on Roman

Mourinho is a great Manager, it makes me laugh when ppl say he brought the League look at the money Real Madrid was spending it doesn't guarantee success & also look at what he did at Porto with very limited funds

For the 1st 2 years Mourinho was in charge, but when Abramovich brought in Sheva & Ballack He lost the dressin room & it disrupted the whole team add to that the fact that Roman only offered Alex as a replacement for injured Terry in Jan who Mourinho said he didn't wan't as signed this season again against his wishs

I'm neither in Abramovic or Mourinho side, but I must admit that owner's decision is probably the worst flop in football history. Now football has become a huge industry, and some nicely-dressed people who never sweat on field think the can do this and that with their money and power. Jose Mourinho is a good manager, despite of his antics and defensive football.

Many people are afraid of defensive football, but now football has to face a bigger threat: over-commercialization. Some owners prefer sell ticket & jersey than winning silverware and break records. If these people keep nagging managers, why don't they become manager so that they can do anything they wish? Managers are professionals, they know what they do. If they give you something, retain him. If not, sack him. Very simple. A football team cannot be built overnight. You can never buy achievement with money. Money can help, but it is not everything. Clear example is Real Madrid, who couldn't win any trophies until just recently. Mourinho's achievements are excellent already. He knows how to build a team. Perhaps Chelsea will never enjoy such position again, although Abramovich has unlimited cash.

you're good. supervisor, gamers, practise artwork tension have remained an identical. yet a feeling of invincibility creeped up into the dressing room. And with a supervisor who could not take care of such unwelcomed distractions. Chelsea did not initiate slowly like the Invincibles of Arsenal. They went out all weapons blazing. Even in the process the 2004 season, no person noted the unbeaten streak until at last the third area of the season. yet maximum pundits and followers began the ball rolling early with Chelsea. So each and every interest became a cagey affair. it could have been complicated to maintain that invincibility. Chelsea purely collapsed.

I am so furious with that decision!! Obviously, I am taking Jose's side. Chelsea are so stupid. They sack one of the best managers in the world. Without Jose,Chelsea will be lost. I hope they lose the match coming up! And who is the Grant guy who is the new manager? Never even heard of that guy! Jose was the one that guided Chelsea to 2 prem titles and many more cups! And you fire him?? What is wrong with Chelsea? Jose is ignorant at times, but he is a leader and brings flare to a team. He will truly be missed by the EPL. Especially his off-pitch antics. BAD BAD move by Kenyon and Roman.
