Is there a name for that? Like the evaporating dew or something creates a foggy look

If it is very shallow, it is called ground fog.

If it is very dense, but also shallow, it is called Tule Fog.

It is called radiation fog.Loss of heat by radiation of energy into space is the principal factor in the formation of this type of fog.It is also called ground fog.The favourable conditions for this type of fog to form are as follows:-
(1)Clear sky,(2)Light wind,(3)presence of sufficient moisture in the air and(4) ground inversion(increase of temperature with height).

Yep, we call it fog in the observations.

If it is shallow that is less than 6 feet deep, can be referred to as ground fog.
