Kick back; do some bike riding, gardening and spending time with the family. The weather is supposed to be great through Wednesday so I plan to be outside as much as possible.

Sleep in with my husband and pug ... then make cinnamon rolls with french roast coffee. Put a pot roast in the crock pot with potatoes, carrots, and some garlic ... letting it cook until dinner. Watching all the College Football games snacking on grapes, popcorn, and Hot chocolate.
