Ok, here is the details. I went off birth control 4 months ago (thinking that i was pregnant, but i took 3 pregnancy(hpt) test all negative) normally when i missed one pill i would automatically start my period. I have not started my period, but have had some spotting at the begining of this month (sept) . I feel pregnant. i have been sick, certain smells bother me, headaches, bloated, etc. What gives?

you should go to the doctor. you may be pregnant or it may just be your body adjusting to not having the pills anymore.

If you suddenly stopped having your period when you missed a pill and have had some spotting (along with the other symptoms), you have a very good chance of being "with child". So, depending on what you want, it's either "sorry about that" or "congratulations".
