take prenatal vitamins such as materna even though I am not pregnant, is it ok will it harm me in anyway?

Pre-natal vitamins do not contain any hormones, they are just a multivitamin specifically desinged to have all the vitimins and minerals you need if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. They will not harm you in any way if you are not pregnant.

Prenatal vitamins are pretty much the same as non prenatal.

Vitamins are mostly a waste of money; most of us get enough vitamins from our food. Spend your money on food.

Check if it doesn't contain hormones. Vitamins alone won't harm you.
