Giuliani is clearly opposed to abortion. He hasn't wavered on this. He believes that abortion should be discouraged and/or stopped by means other than legal force. He does not support laws completely banning abortion.

It comes down to a philosophical question. To what extent should people be permitted to sin? Obviously you can't force everyone to be perfect and do everything right. You also can't allow people to do whatever they want. Where do you draw the line? He knows abortion is wrong. He also knows that it will continue to happen whether it is banned or not. I think he believes that other programs will more effectively slow or stop abortion than a ban will. I can see his point. He may be right.

Giliani is pro-abortion ,but he needs to cover his trail if he wants to get a presidential nomination from the Republican Party.
Rudy has waffled but he has not rejected his "Pro-choise" position, unlike Romney.

Pro Death.

Giuliani is not the conservative that many think that he is. He's a RINO (Republican In Name Only) for the most part. Conservative on the financial matters and Socialist on the Social issues.
