It is probably you, I am sorry to say. If a brand new battery is bought, it has to be charged for at least 8 hours before it is used for the first time. If you do not do that, it will never reach its full capacity

Look for online sources such as on Ebay. You can get a pretty good deal there. Just watch the shipping costs---some of the ebayers overcharge!

I definitely recommend eBay. I've bought chargers from there at very low prices...If you don't find the exact same model that is customed to your phone, you're likely to find one that is compatible.
