Certainly the most obvious (No offense) is regular cleaning.
I see no real benefit to a Chlorine filter, unless your water supply is in such dire need of MORE CHEMICALS.
Beyond all the other filtration you suggest, it's an expensive, over hyped issue. You might have a sample of your water supply tested; and I've yet to uncover mass ill health in the USA from contaminated water supplies delivered by a utility company.
Carpet collects stuff obviously; but even tile is subject to what comes in from outside; or spills in the kitchen, OOPS issues in bathrooms, etc.
I mean no offense at all, but paranoia and OCD are also Unhealthy. To step outside your "sanctuary" is to RISK.
Actually AIR filtration might be as important as comsumables you ingest.
Habits: Hmmm. I'll assume you're an adult; and can determine things that should be avoided. On a facetious note,,,NEVER run with scissors. I have to believe you know the differences in habitual issues that are either safe or not; healthy or not.
I want to go back to your water issue, then I'll let you ponder.
If you already have issues with tap water, WHY would you consider DRINKING water delivered through a small diameter plastic tube, possibly sitting in that tube and appliance mechanism (Filter or Not) for HOURS between drinks from the door of a refrigerator?
Ok just one more and it regards the refrig. Have you ever forgotten something in the refrig. perhaps, and suddenly in moving things around, found an unrecognizable "SCIENCE PROJECT" lurking in some back corner?

floorboards rather than carpet reduces dust mites. Washable bedding.... new mattresses (there is sooo much filth in mattresses its not funny) or at least vaccuum them. Filters for water should be the physical type rather than chemical. Steam mop floors rather than using chemicals, wash in hot water where possible, particularly for linen and towels. Open some windows and let the fresh air circulate, and let in some sunshine (sun can also kill dust mites and other nasties)
Make getting some fresh air and exersis part of your daily routine, and dont make a habbit of keeping your house totally sealed up. Leave your bed unmade for a couple hrs in the morn to let the light penetrate into the mattress.

I ripped up all the carpet, put down wood and tile flooring, four ionic breeze machines, no shoes in the house (you carry fecal matter from outside inside), if you have indoor/outdoor pets have them wear some baby socks on their paws when they come in so they don't spread the feces everywhere, change your air filters monthly, wash bath mats weekly, put vinyl zip covers over mattresses to prevent the accumulation of dust and mites, properly ventilate bathrooms to prevent mold, fix any leaky pipes or faucets for the same reason, make sure your air ducts are well sealed and insulated to prevent dust from coming through.

Heck, rather that putting in 10 water filters, just get a filter for the incoming water line to the house.
Other than that, get rid of chemicals, or if you need some of them, minimize the perfumes and dyes in your cleaners. When things are clean, they don't need to smell "lemon fresh".
You'll be amazed at the chemicals you can get rid of. Bug sprays, soaps, laundry detergent, dish detergent... You can choose products that are contain less harmful stuff.

dig a hole and crawl in, life is unhealthy, the air we breath, the water we drink, if you become germ free, then any germ you come in contact with could cause you to die, there every where,
Just use common sense.
