Not really ^_^. Planets are held together by gravity, if gravity were reversed then the planet would just fall outwards until completely dispersed.
Sorry for the dull answer but that is just how it would go really ^_^ :/.

Well there wouldn't be people I can tell you that. First off, if there were no gravity, then the moon would've floated away from us long ago. And well since the tides are caused by the moons gravity, and the tides are what really created life, then with the moon gone there wouldn't be humans. And if somehow there were humans, we wouldn't last long. Gravity holds us together and without it our bones would be very brittle.

maybe in different dimensions, but not on another planet.

No. Everything would fall apart and all subatomic particles would try to find their furthest distance from each other.
All galaxies, stars, planets, black holes and everything in them would become a uniform mist of particles, spread out from top to bottom and to all edges of the universe.
