You know, you should really be grateful that I'm taking time out of my busy schedule to answer your pathetic question, or, at least, state my views. First off, they don't suck terribly, it is your (worthless/useless/whocares?) opinion that they suck. Opinion isn't the same as fact, and people don't think the same way as you (thank god!). Second of all, **** to Pete Wentz photo? What the hell? Next, they won't suddenly go away, they're a pretty big band and loads of people like them, they will eventually, but only when the time comes and they're fine with that. And lastly to demon seed (then random bunch of letters *cough*), and those like her. OMG! You're tired of hearing about them! Get a f***ing life! Just because you hear more people than you'd like talking about them and maybe hearing them more than you'd like on the radio, you don't have to complain! The sky isn't falling! The apocalypse hasn't come! YOU'VE JUST HEARD SOMETHING MORE THAN YOU'D LIKE TO HEAR! IT DOESN'T KEEP YOU UP AT NIGHT! GET OVER IT!

And by the way, they are the best band ever. They sing songs about things that really matter and there not in it for the fame and money there in it for the music because thats what they really care about.

gerard way is one of the most thoughtfull musicians. His band is one of the only popular bands that care or have a message for kids today. i cant quite say that about FOB, P!ATD or other pop bands today.
Just because they are famous does not mean they suck. They are not U2, Led Zepplin, or R.E.M or Dave matthews, but his band is one of the only ones that cares about kids, not just money! All the other pop bands seem to be that way.

ohmygod.You just wasted like,5 points asking this question.My Chemical Romance are the best.They OWN.They write really really inspirational lyrics and their music videos are EPIC.
They won't be going away too soon,so,in the meantime,maybe you could consider migrating to Mars(if the martians will accept you) to 'escape' from the 'evils' of My Chemical Romance.I hope you enjoy your solitude!=)

you asked the million dollar question.
i guess when teenies grow up and switch their musical tastes they'll be gone along with those Top 40, emo pop things called Panic at the dance floor, Playn White Teas, and the other ones.
To Nikkie and those like her, no one is listening to them we're just tired of hearing about them. They don't rock and they aren't punk. AFI they'll never be like.
They are far from modern rock or the alternative that i'd listen to.

I'm not a fan of My Chemical Romance either, but if you don't like a band, no one is forcing you to listen to them, you know. Why do you have so much anger towards a band? It's a bit pathetic to rant about someone whose music you don't like. Also, even though I don't enjoy their music all that much, I do appreciate the influence behind the band. My Chemical Romance was formed in response to 9/11, and their song "Skylines and Turnstiles" (the only song of theirs I like, actually) is about that.
PS, if you don't want to hear about them, DON'T TALK ABOUT THEM.
