Click "Start", click "All Programs", click "Accessories", click "System Tools", click "Disk Defragmenter", select Partition (C:) for example, click "Defragment" and waiting for a short time while this program is working ! That's all.
The "Disk Defragmenter" won't delete anything at all.
The "Disk Defragmenter" arranges all files in order only. It helps your PC running faster !

Defrag does not delete anything, but it does collect the parts of programs and put the programs used most at the start of the disk because the that is where the computer starts looking for the programs you select.
You can find Defrag by left clicking Start and then hover the pointer over All Programs, Accessories, System Tools and then right click Disk Defragmenter and select Pin to Start Menu. When you want to use the program again, it will be on the top of the Start Menu. When the program come up, select Defrag and just wait.

CLICK:
start,
my computer,
right click on the drive you want to defragment (or any drive),
click Properties,
click the Tools tab,
click Defragment Now...
select the drive letter,
click DEFRAGMENT or click Anaylize to view a fragmentation report, then DEFRAGMENT, if it's needed.
YOU MUST HAVE 15% free disk space for defragmentation.
You can also, R-click on My Computer, click disk management, r-click on the drive, properties, tools, defragment now..., and go from there.

Go to accessories and then system tools. The defragmenter is in that section. It will show you everythig that will be deleted and you can delete the one's you want to. It doesn't delete anything that is important.
