Well depends if you like this girl if you don't you can just say back off I need my own space. But if you are friends with her but just annoyed you can tell her that you need you own space and some stuff that you say is personal and I don't want you to know. Sorry. I hope your not mad. Or if she's sensitive try walking away from her whenever she walks up to you she'll get annoyed and stop following you.

She probably looks up to you or wants to be your friend. Instead of being mean about it, maybe try to hang out with her sometime or include her in your conversations. Trust me, I know this sounds like crap advice but give it a try. Even if you really don't want to be nice about it, you never know what might happen. If worse comes to worse, point out her annoying habbit (for example, next time she's listening in, say something like "Right...______?" She might feel embarassed and butt out on her own. If none of this works, just tell her to stay out of your business.

actually no thats harsh...hah, i had the same prob..just talk to the girl about it. be like..look i really like you and all but sometimes there are things in my life that i want to keep to myself and that shouldnt really concern you. If i want to talk to you about stuff ill come to you but other than that just please stop, its my life not yours.
and if she doesnt listen or gives you **** about it just get all your friends on your side and then if she says anything theyll all know that shes just being annoying and nosy and that theres probably no reason to pay attention to her :)
