The MOST effective way to sleep at work is to have a homebased business and never leave the comfort of the couch or bed or wherever else you sleep including the dog house.

Lay some files or papers out on your desk like you're looking at them. Place one elbow on the desk and looking down, rest your cheek against that hand or fist. Make it look like you're reading the file or papers. Keep your other hand on your mouse or if you don't have a computer, put a pen in your other hand. I used to do this a lot when I got headaches at work and it really helped to take a little cat nap.

1. Sleep with your eyes open.
2. Sleep in the bathroom.
3. Take off from work and go home and sleep.
4. Get another job.

used to work on a farm and they would find him up at night
digging potatoes. It's for real. If he could do that in the dark
surely you could do it in the daytime?? ha ha

Dont you guys have a chill out room? Lucky i have my own office so i can just close the door....and if anyone suspects, i have the phone off the hook so they assume i am on a conference call.
