When I 1st discovered prog rock, it was literally a whole new realm for me.
More recently, a song by Van Der Graaf Generator moved me to the point where it *felt* like a spiritual experience. "La Rossa'. Amazing work.

Very much, especially Pink Floyd and Porcupine Tree.
I love how alot of Prog bands just make long epic songs that set sup an entire atmosphere and allow you just to get lost in it.

Very much so the music is dreamy but with a point it is not just psychedelic it talks about life and problems we all face.
