I know you want specifics... but the real answer is that there are no specifics... the first myths in greece were oral myths and there is no telling when they were first told. Homer's books/poems (the Iliad and the Odyssey, considered first books written down ever) were said to have been composed orally between the 8th and 7th century BC but they also could and most liekly would have been told earlier than that.... very tricky to answer :)

it's impossible to know for sure. It's also very likely that they not only pre-existed as oral stories for millenia, but also changed over time as well.
