There is this one scene in the movie where everyone opens the freezer and grosses out. They never show what it was. Does anybody have a clue to what was in there?

It is probably another watermelon that will be in there for months and be filled with Vodka or some other beverage. I mean if you had just eaten a watermelon with 6 bottles of vodka....do you think your stomach would feel good after that?
