Based on the study done by Ernest Rutherford, the mass of the atom is concentrated on its nucleus. So that is the denser part of the atom.

We all recognize the answer to be the nucleus. It is quite difficult to determine if the proton or the nuetron is more dense. I don't know if they ever did a study to determine which is more dense. My opinion would be the nuetron, as it is not effected as much by the field of the electron.

the nucleus because it weighs 2 AMU ( because of protons and Neutrons) electrons weight 1/1836 AMU. hope this info was helpful.

The nucleus. Everything else is almost all just space.

Could you be more specific? Your question is too generalised. However, I am able to tell you that negative ions are attracted to positive ions.
