I have a black 97 towncar. the paint looks great but im starting to see white spots on the trunk and the roof. can i cover it up with touch up paint or will this make it worse. any advice or ideas would be appreciated!!!

I believe the white spots could be water marks.

You can get a cleaner that can probably remove them.

I attached a link below to a well known product, and I believe they have more information on how to use their products.

This is if I believe that the clear coat hasn't chipped off and the paint hasn't been chipped or scratched down to the metal.

See an auto paint specialist. Water spots that are etched into the paint is the acid rain and your clear coat might be gone and now the only thing is repaint.

don't wash it with dishsoap
