make about why this cell appears to have two nuclei?

Just a wild guess. Twins?

Possible reasons:

1. Some kinds of big cells sometimes have more than one nucleus.
2. The cell may be toward the end of the cell cycle. The nucleus has divided, but the cytoplasm hasn't been divided yet.
3. Something has prevented the cytoplasm from dividing (no cytokinesis for some reason).

If it is from a fungus, it might actually have two nuclei. Otherwise, it may be in the process of dividing. Or it may be part of a syncytium.
